Courses begin six times a year. Starting dates are subject to change and prospective students should contact the Enrollment Office for exact dates of starting classes. Full-time students will attend classes Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Prospective students should call the enrollment office at (309) 647-4224 to arrange for a personal interview and tour our facilities well in advance of the anticipated starting date. At that time, we will answer all questions regarding tuition, training and state licensing requirements. A prospective student may enroll for any class starting date at the time of the initial interview, but must be enrolled no later than two (2) weeks prior to the anticipated starting date. Innovations also provides Instructor training to prepare the trainee for licensing examination required by the State Board of Cosmetology for the opportunity for the trainee to gain sufficient skills for profitable employment as a Cosmetology Instructor.
